This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on furclearpets.com and outlines our order fulfillment, delivery, and tracking practices for customers within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, product quality inspection, secure packaging, and handover to our shipping carriers. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification once your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our domestic fulfillment warehouses located in the United States.
  • Standard Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days to most contiguous US states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote rural areas may take an additional 2 to 4 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: From order placement to doorstep delivery, the total estimated timeframe is 8 to 14 business days for most US locations.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. No additional handling fees or surcharges apply to standard delivery. Expedited shipping options, if available, will be displayed and priced at checkout.

Tax Information

Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination address, in compliance with Massachusetts state tax regulations and applicable local tax rules of your delivery state. No customs duties apply for domestic US shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package status. You may also check your order status at any time by reaching out to our support team with your order number.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors including extreme weather events, carrier operational delays, peak holiday seasons, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers. We will notify you via email if we become aware of a significant delay to your order.
