This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through furclearpets.com. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every pet cleaning product we deliver.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to process a refund or exchange for your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged retail packaging.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, assembly, or contact with pets or household contaminants, for health and hygiene reasons.
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase from our store.
Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above hygiene and condition requirements.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team at support@furclearpets.com with your order number and clear photos showing the current condition of the product and its packaging.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your package.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box, attach the provided return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive an incorrect item, a product damaged in transit, or an item with manufacturing defects, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to change of mind, wrong model selection, or other customer reasons, return shipping costs will be covered by the store.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct cross-ship exchanges at this time.
